Allstate – Keep You Moving

Keep You Moving is a fully responsive web application built in React that helps Allstate insured users book a rental vehicle when their personally owned vehicle is out for repairs.
For the first time, our customers were given the ability to digitally select their rental location, vehicle, and are given coverage/cost breakdowns. Dynamic expectations are set throughout the app so that users understand their coverage length and limitations based on their specific scenario and loss type.
This application allows users for the first time the ability to get their rental coverage paid directly: in case they want to use their rental coverage on ride-share apps or public transportation.
The application received great feedback and helped rank Allstate as the “#1 Insurance Rental Experience” in 2022 from JD Powers.
