Contact Center is an instrumental addition to Allstate’s claim reporting app: MyClaim.
After holding initial scoping sessions, the team wanted to create a singular place where a user could find all correspondents regarding their auto claim in one singular place. The user would have the ability to search for messages, filter between forms of communication, and quickly send messages to their claim contact.
The product launched in Fall of 2022 and data shows that user’s time on task for finding messages increased by 46%. The MyClaim Contact Center was one of the products developed by the Claims Innovations team that helped place Allstate as #4 on the Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 innovative companies in 2022.
